The Turtles Of Coral Bay

One of the exciting things about Coral Bay is that it is a nesting ground for turtles...

We did make it to see the little Logerheads hatch


First they Dig their way out...


And put up with the log jam of loggerheads at the top...



Then they race their way down the sand



And one for all of you Terry PratchettFans - The Turtle Moves...


And finally to the sea...



Trying to get artsy...



They make interesting patterns in the sand


Wow!


And this little fellow almost didn't make it
