Tonlé Sap is the largest lake in Cambodia - and the source of 90% of the fish protein consumed here. It actually changes direction twice a year as the Mekong floods. We took a boat down the Tonlé Sap to Phnom Phen

Sun dried chilis : In the rest of the third world you see peasants drying food (rice, coffee, etc) on roadbeds, as they are convienently flat and clear of vegetation.  Here there is no road, so a barge will do. (Cambodia, The Travel Addicts)
