The Cuchi Tunnels

19-Aug-2000

In and near the village of Cu Chi in Southern Vietnam is the largest complex of Vietminh/Vietcong tunnels in Vietnam. Initially dug to help the Vietminh rid Cocinchina of the French, they were home to thousands of guerrillas during the French-Indochina war, WWII, and the Vietnam war.
