Kotakinabalu (sometimes spelled Kota kinabalu) is the largest city in Sabah on Malaysia's chunk of Borneo. It's a pit. This surprised us as our friend Kim (a travel agent) sent her company's sales team here as a reward trip. I suppose there must have been an all-inclusive resort somewhere nearby that insulated them from the third world hell hole that is Kotakinabalu.

Look familure Dad? But shouldn't the number plate read "366 BAU"? : My father used to have one of these. It's a 1970 "Toyota Corrolla Deluxe". It is the first car I ever drove on a regular basis. It has a snappy 1900cc engine and 4 on the floor. (Malaysia, The Travel Addicts)
