Fjordland is the south east corner of New Zealand's South Island and was literally carved up by glaciation. It contains Milford Sound, also known as Piopiotahi in Māori.

There were about a billion Taiwanese on the boat and they brought these balloon things that you blow up with a straw. I vaguely remember them from childhood as Blow-loons
